At RPM Bakehouse, grains are an obsession. The flours we use are selected for being both distinctive in flavour and noble in pedigree. To source these flours responsibly, we’ve developed relationships with local farmers and millers who are proponents of diverse and resilient heritage grains that are sown and grown in Ontario. These flavourful wheats are featured in slow-fermented sourdough bread, crisp buttery pastries, and savoury delights.

Bottles ~ We believe that making wine requires honest craftsmanship, low intervention, and a constant curiosity about nature. Stemming from RPM’s wine list, we feature a collection of Pearl Morissette's portfolio alongside bottles from around the world made by producers that share a similar ethos and approach to winemaking as our winery.

Niagara is a region with world-class soil and growing conditions. Located in Jordan Village, our menu and grocery offerings are a reflection of working with regional purveyors and sourcing from Restaurant Pearl Morissette’s 1.5-acre regenerative farm & garden on Jordan Road, that produces vegetables, herbs, and flowers for our bakery & café.

We are proud to offer a variety of products that reflect the distinct Niagara growing season, and carry select items from independent producers that we love. On our shelves you will find house made organic jams, pickles & preserves, bakery mixes & granola, our bakehouse coffee blend, local stone milled flour and cold-pressed oils, pottery and textiles made by sustainable makers, and a selection of beverages with Canadian ingredients.
